Savasa - Fitness Gloves in Purple / Gray

Every weight lifter out there needs a good set of fitness gloves! My 20-25 lb dumbbells REQUIRE gloves- the dumbbell handle is not smooth and because of the shear poundage involved- my little ol' hands really do need a buffer between them & the iron I'm pumping ;) Fitness gloves are also super handy when using a band- makes the band much more grippable-( is that a word?). But all you band users out there KNOW what Im talking about!

Valeo Vented Neoprene Knee Support 

As many of you know- I have a bum knee :( and have to wear a light knee brace when working out. I LOVE this Valeo brace because it's VENTED!!!Yes I sweat A LOT when I work out- I live in the desert afterall, so I am very thankful for the breathable layer on the underside- it wicks the sweat and keeps the brace & my skin dry and odor-free!

Paula Deen Piece Enamel on Steel Prep Bowl Set

And I splurged on one non-fitness item- Paula Dean Mixing Bowls. Much needed, as I have been doing a lot of baking lately. Love to bake, love to eat, love to workout- its all circular you see....These bowls are great because they are NOT glass- I have a breaking problem- just ask DH. He is kind enough to sweep up after me....Cute design and very functional bowls!
