JNL Fusion: Fusion Stretch

This is a 24 min standing & floor stretch. A barefoot Jennifer leads in a gym w/ a group of background exercisers. You will need a towel for some of the stretches. There are music options available and modifications are performed.

Keeping in the JNL style- each stretch is performed for 30 seconds. Standing stretches include: side bends, neck rolls, neck stretches, forward bend & fold, crouching spine stretch, & crouching calf stretch. floor stretches include: spine twist, butterfly stretch, seated lower body stretches, and she uses the towel to enhance the stretches.

This is a great get-the-job done stretch dvd! I really enjoyed it and am not typically a fan of stretch dvds. It really is a must have in this set and I highly recommend using it in conjunction with all the strength work youre doing in these workouts. Love that this is relaxing and rejuvenating but not boring. Jennifer is a great lead and provides great form & breathing reminders. I received this dvd to review.
