ReplyDeleteI learned that because cotton can harbor food particles and grow mold, Re-Pac chose to use more durable, water-resistant fabrics inside and out. Good idea! It really makes sense. No Velcro also! Food doesn’t get stuck in the Velcro or snag your cloths in the washing machine. A plastic sandwich bag can cost an average of $0.04 per bag, which may not sound like very much, but over time can add up to a lot! They have website stats. Wow! The savings are really significant.

I learned the bags are made of water resistant fabrics (100% polyester outside with 100% nylon inside). They are long lasting, dry quickly, as well as mold, water, stain, leak and mildew resistant inside and out!
