Review: Rhythm Rocker Workout


This review is for the dvd that came with the basic Rhythm Rocker kit. There are additional dvds available in the deluxe kit.

Jennifer Galardi leads this 27 min w/o (including w/u & c/d). You will only need your Rhythm Rocker for this workout. There are two background exercisers and they work out in an open set.

The 1st half of the workout is performed on the Rhythm Rocker and then you stand up and repeat the moves standing. Exercises include: rocking adding in various arm movements, crunches, crunch & knee pull in, oblique crunches, hip rolls, balance work, & spine rolls.

This workout is appropriate for all fitness levels and is a fairly active core routine. No wasted time and I definitely felt my core working in a different way than typical floor core work. Jennifer provides great form reminders & keeps it fun & upbeat! I received this dvd to review.
