Jennifer leads you through five separate 7-9 minute stretch routines that are perfectly suited to finish any workout or just get you stretched out & relaxed for your days start or finish. You will need an optional towel for some of the segments.

The five segments are from FIRM Classic Volumes 2-6 and feature Janet Jones-Gretzky, Sandahl Bergman, Susan Harris, LaReine Chabut, and Jayne Poteet.

Standing, lying, and seated stretches really hit all muscle groups and many combine muscles to really get the most bang out of your stretching minutes. Gain flexibility and relieve tired & sore muscles with these short to the point routines. The instruction is spot on and the instructors form pointers ensure a proper stretch.
