I looked everywhere for a good protein shake recipe to use up some blackberries and couldnt find anything so I made this up:
1 scant serving vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup blackberries
1 TBS walnuts
1 TBS ground flaxseed
1/3 cup whole raw oats
1/2 - 1 cup cold water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
stevia or desired sweetener to taste5 large ice cubes
1/2 - 1 cup cold water

stevia or desired sweetener to taste5 large ice cubes
*blend and enjoy.
