Lindsay leads this 33 min cardio and toning workout with one background exerciser. You will need dumbbells and gliding discs for this routine. The ladies work out in a brick gym set. Between each strength set Lindsey adds in the same cardio set.
After a warm up, cardio exercises include squat jacks, mt climbers, hi knees, burpees, and heisman drill. Strength exercises include plie & press, plank pull ins using the gliders, static lunge & overhead tri press, static lunge, upper back fly, side plank and dumbbell press, staggered pushups, lunge & plie with bi curl, and a finale: squats, runing, pushups, hi knees and a cool down.
I rate this a high intermediate to low advanced routine. This workout will get your heart pumping! The cardio goes from 25 reps of squat jacks down to 5 reps of Heisman drill and do that between each strength set. The strength work will lightly hit most muscle group. The pace is fast & there is little rest so you will definitely accomplish a lot in this one. I received this workout to review.
