Lunar Rebalance & Recharge
Tara Lee, 2017

This DVD contains 5 routines and a bonus routine that you can mix & match or choose one from the main menu. Tara leads these routines alone in beautiful outdoor scenes. You wont need any equipment for these routines.

Lunar Body: (26 min) poses include down dog pedals, forward bend, childs pose, chair pose, lunge to triangle series, warrior 2, dancing warrior, balance warrior hold, tree pose, mt. pose, prone low back series and concludes with childs pose & breath work.

Lunar Rebalance: (17 min) poses include corpse pose adding push-pull arms, bridge w swimmer arms, prone position knees hugged to your chest breath work, supine knee drops, spinal twist, and concludes with a long corpse hold.

Lunar Recharge: (9 min) supine knee circles for a low back massage, cow to childs pose flow, childs pose with breath work, and a seated moon piercing breath series.

Lunar Meditation: (16 min) seated froward fold, twists adding neck stretches, wide leg forward fold, butterfly forward fold, table to childs pose flow, bridge and concludes with a meditation.

Yoga Nidra: (12 min) corpse pose with breath work, seated criss cross style in a pool with eyes closed going through various breathing techniques.

These routines are suitable for all fitness levels. These are slower flows and you will hold the poses longer than other yoga routines I have tried. Tara is a great lead with wonderful form pointers. I really enjoyed the nice outdoor scenery in these routines. I received this DVD to review.
