Circuit Burnout 90: Upper Body Circuit

Monique leads this 37 min workout in a nice studio with 2 background exercisers. Monique performs the intermediate intensity and the backgrounders each perform beginner and advanced versions. You will only need dumbbells this upper body & cardio circuit routine. You will perform 4 circuits 2 X, alternating upper body & cardio exercises. You will work for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises and get a 30 sec rest between rounds.

After a warm up exercises include: pike pushups, jack &jab, tri dips, elevator planks, static lat hold & bi curl, renegade rows, diagonal punch & floor touch, chest press & sit up, upper cut to burpees, 6 point shoulder move, pushup to kneeling bi curls, low diagonal punch & knee pull, pec fly & double leg drop, Mt climbers, rear shoulder push to front raise, punches & scissor switch, tri pushups, clean & press, plank jacks & shoulder taps, kickbacks & narrow rows, and a cool down stretch.

Done following Monique this is a high intermediate workout - though choose your modifier to adjust intensity as you go. This is a pretty nonstop routine so you will really work up a sweat and get those upper body muscles working! Monique includes lots of unique exercises and a lot of the cardio also hits the core. I am a huge fan of splits with cardio and this one is awesome. I am really enjoying this set! I received this DVD set to review.
