Denise gives you three 10 minute core workouts. Denise works out alone on the beach for these routines. You wont need any equipment for this workout.
Workout One: Exercises include breath work, leg drops, crunches, reverse crunches, oblique crunches, and double crunches.
Workout Two: Exercises include sit ups, reverse crunches, double crunches, oblique work, and reverse plank.
Workout Three: Exercises include standing torso twists adding punches, side shifts, supine knee pulls, v crunches, can can, bike variations, and crunch variations.
I rate these intermediate routines but strung together you will really feel the burn! As always, Denise is fun & bubbly and provides lots of great form pointers. I love the beach backdrop and founds these quick & effective routines. I received access to this workout on CollageVideo.TV for review.
