RIPPEDISM: The Washboard

Stu & Jeff both lead this routine, alternating performing exercises, and training. You will only need one dumbbell for this core workout. The routine is set up doing 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest.

Exercises include wiper leg drops, leg scissors, weighted side plank hip drops, toe reach pulses, reach throughs, crunch pulses, diagonal plank crawl ins, weighted V drops, plank reach arounds, double crunch variation, side lying obilque crunch, V hold with criss cross legs, bicycle, and concludes with a quick stretch.

This is an advanced routine that accomplishes a lot in a little time. Great get in, get out workout that will hit every part of your core. I definitely felt the burn in this one. Great to an add on to the other workout and still get out in under an hour. I received this workout to review.
