Lindsay leads this 28 min tabata cardio routine with one background exerciser in a brick gym set. You wont need any equipment for this workout. You will perform one exercise, 7 times, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off followed by a 40 second rest between exercises. The workout concludes with a finale - each exercise done tabata style.

After a warm up, exercises include shuffle jab, hi knee run up & back, speed skater, football run & floor touch, jump rope & tuck jump, finale, and a cool down stretch.

I rate this a low advanced routine done following Lindsay but you can easily adjust the intensity because of the timed intervals. You give it all you have for 20 seconds but get a rest between. The exercises are athletic and easy to follow. This is a great get in, get out and get it done cardio routine. Time went by quickly & my heart was pumping! I received this workout to review.
