This DVD contains three 20 minute yoga routines & a savasna routine. Nadia works out alone and you wont need any equipment for these routines. The routines are done in voiceover. You can play all or select one routine from the main menu.
Session 1: The routine includes various seated breathing practices, cat cow, down dog foot pedals, plank to pike, 3 legged dog to plank knee pull, warrior 1 series, plank hold, lunge ot knee raise, standing twist, childs pose, bird dog, supine leg drops, bridge, supine knee drops, corpse, & concludes with seated breath work.
Session 2: This routine includes down dog to cobra, 3 legged dog to warrior 2, plank, reverse warrior to triangle, warrior 2 to tree pose, low lunge twist, plank leg raises, childs pose, v sit, boat pose, seated twist, supine low back massage, supine twist, corpse pose, & concludes with seated breathing.
Session 3: This routine includes cat cow, down dog foot pedals, plank shifts, childs pose, side plank variations, rag doll, chair pose, eagle pose, warrior 2, bow, yoga flow, chair pose, 3 legged dog to warrior 2, triangle post, 1/2 moon, supine wiper knees, single leg bridge series, and concludes with a long corpse pose & quick seated breathing.
Savasna: This is a 6 minute savasna.
Sessions 1 & 2 are appropriate for most fitness levels. Session 3 is a solid intermediate routine, but Nadia encourages you to do what you can. I enjoy the pace of these routines and as always Nadia is an excellent instructor. I received this DVD to review.
