This set contains everything you need to get your Qigong practice going & keep it going. Each disc contains multiple practices, all led by Mimi in gorgeous outdoor settings. This DVD contains 3 routines that can be played individually you can play all from the main menu. Mimi works out alone for these routines in lovely outdoor settings with lots greenery, plants, and trees. The routines are done in voiceover and barefoot.

Warmups for Meditation: (20 minutes) postures include relaxation stance, breathing with various energy & intentions, lightly knocking on lymphoid & kidneys, neck & shoulder massage, twists & arm swings, shoulder & neck rolls, hip circles, flexing & pointing your toes, and parting the clouds.

Five Element Forms: (33 minutes) The five element forms represented are metal which benefits the intestines, water for your bladder & kidneys, wood for your liver & gall bladder, fire for intestines & stomach, and earth for the spleen. Mimi takes you through various flowing routines for each element. 

Organ Mudra Meditation: (23 minutes) The five elements are represented here along with the season each represents. This flowing routine includes meditation arm movements, earth stance, releasing bad qi & bringing in the good, scalp massage, & brushing your body.

These routines are suitable for all fitness levels and are a great addition to anyones workout library. Qigong is a great way to get balanced and obtain a real mind body connection. Mimi is an excellent instructor that explains each movement as you are doing it, tells you the benefit & what it represents & what body part it is connected to. She also provides the Chinese terminology for many of the qigong movements. I received this DVD to review.
