Fe Fit 90 Day Fitness Experience: Fe Fit Week Eight DVD Review

The Fe Fit weight loss program contains 8 DVDs featuring 28 workouts. The workouts, all 30 minutes or less are from seven different workout genres, keeping your muscles guessing & keeping your metabolism revved. This 13-week program is fun, convenient and provides a support group of other women. The meaning of the Fe in the program name comes from the periodic table of elements, FE is iron, which is strong! The set is broken down into weeks, so you can easily follow along with this fab & effective program. Stay tuned on my blog to read detailed reviews of all the workouts in this amazing set!

Fe Fit Week EightHilary Chung, 2015
The Fe Fit Week Eight workouts are on disc five along with the week nine workouts. Each workout is about 30 minutes each. Hilary leads all of these routines in a cute barre studio with 3 backgrounders, one who shows some modifications. You will need light weights, a pilates ring (or ball) & exercise tubing for some of the routines in this set. Each of these routines contains a warm up and a cool down.
Core 4:  Work includes crunch variations, reverse crunches, a side plank series, planks, oblique work, supine leg drops, reverse crunches, swimmers & low back work, elevator plank, mt. climbers, flutter kicks, bicycle, butterfly crunches, and double leg drops.

Lower Body 4: Exercises include lunges, dips, plies, weighted donkey kick series, jacks, modified side plank leg raises, plie hops, calf pedals, standing donkey series that challenges your balance, squat and abduction, and a lunge/ lunge pulse ladder going from 20-5 reps.
Cardio Circuit 4: Each exercise in this cardio & strength circuit are performed for about 45 seconds each:  squat jacks, squat hops, burpees, push ups, Mt climbers, plank, crunches, lunges, knee raises, side knee pull, jump rope, dip & kick dip & rear leg raise, plank hand taps. plyo plies, tri dips, V knee pulls, butt kicks, plyo jacks, penguin heel taps, single leg bridge, crunch pulses, and donkey kicks.

I rate these workouts solid intermediates, cardio circuit a high intermediate. Hilary keeps your body guessing with tempo changes, pulses, floor & standing work, and equipment variety. The routines are well balanced & accomplish a lot in only 30 minutes. I received this DVD to review.
