This workout features two 26 min cardio dance routines - on Jazz and one Hip Hop, and a bonus 5 min ballet routine. Ilyse works out with 2 background exercisers in a gray studio with some great music! You wont need any equipment for these routines.
Sassy Jazz: Ilyse teaches you the moves as you go & adds on to create a fun little routine. Exercises include hip scoops, hip shifts, V up & bavk, shimmy chug, calf pedals, jazz reach, funky grapevine, body rolls, and a quick cool down.
Hip Hop: Ilyse teaches you the moves as you go & adds on to create a fun little routine. Exercises include chest pop, chest circles, lunge walk & pop, box shuffle, body rolls, chug, fast scissors, cross step, and a quick cool down
Bonus Ballet: fast plie, close stance plies with arms movements, chest scoop, pelvic scoops, toe side taps, dancers wave, toe taps back & froward, grand pliet & squat to scoop, and a quick stretch.
These are intermediate routines in intensity and the choreography is higher intermediate. The add-on style allows you to master each move and then each combo without lowering your heart rate. You keep going and moving without a lot of down time, making this a great cardio routine. I received this workout to review.
