This is a 18 min pure cardio sports drills workout. Jennifer leads this workout in a gym with a group background exercisers. You will need an optional cordless rope for this workout. Music options are available.
Structured a little differently than previous workouts- three cardio exercises are performed 3 times each. Exercises include: plyo basketball shoots, soccer kicks, football shuffle, side shuffle floor touches, mogul skis, bunny hops, and floor touch plyo jumps.
I rate this a solid to high intermediate cardio workout, that is easily modified to fit most all fitness levels. Love the athletic sports drills and found this to be a unique & effective sweat inducing workout that accomplishes a lot in a short amount of time. Jennifer has a great energy and is very motivating. I received this dvd to review.
