Mike leads this 40 minute strength & cardio workout in a MMA gym set with a group of exercisers. You will need your TapouT resistance tubing & firewalker loop for this workout. There are music and subtitle options and an on-screen countdown timer.
Each exercise is performed for 30-75 seconds. Exercises include: plank jacks, plank frog hops, pushup & band upper cut, hi knees, Mt climbers, jacks, lots of plyo squats & variations, row variations, squat to tire toss, pushups & renegade rows, power dead lifts, plyo plank jack pushups, super man exploding up to pushups & pushups, some unique & tough pushup variations, squat kick combos, and the killer move is 70 seconds of explosive super man to plank knee strikes.
This is an advanced workout - it is nonstop and fast paced. Mike hits most muscle groups and provides a great cardio workout here. This is a high energy fun workout with some nice unique exercises. Mike does a great job of using the tubing & loop in unique & effective ways. The timed intervals make the time fly. I received this dvd to review.
