This awesome DVD & Resistance band is included with Gaiams Balance Ball Chair Kit and also available individually from Gaiam. The kit includes a workout DVD with three 20 minute workouts and a covered resistance band. The resistance band is available in light, medium, and heavy. The covered band works great and is easier on your hands and skin when grabbing the band portion and comes in cute colors.

This dvd contains three 20 minute workouts. You will only need your Gaiam covered resistance band for these workouts. Tanja works out in a gorgeous outdoor set with 2 backgrounders.
Front Body: After a quick warmup, exercises include: curtsy dip & curl, balance leg extension & overhead press, step squat & chest press, glute squeeze & lat raise, calf raises & bi tri, pushups, cat cow and three 30 second plank holds and a stretch.
Back Body: after a quick warmup, exercises include lat pull down, pliet, dip & back work, side lunge & cross pull, balance tri kickback, balance rotator cuff, tri pushups, superman, lying suping ham curls, superman band pulls, and a 45 second plank hold and a stretch.
Core: after a quick warmup, exercises include: woodchop, the hundred, bicycle, V sit, V rows, seated twists, V twists, V leg drops, plank leg lifts, plank ham curls, plank hip drops, low back work, bird dog, cat cow & a stretch.
These are lower intermediate routines, make them more or less challenging depending on the band you use. The workouts are straight forward multi-muscle exercises. Tanja is definately enjoying herself in these & doesnt waste any time. I received this set to review.
