    I learned that the daytime nighttime combo pack is actually 18 day melts and 6 night melts and that you can take the day melts every 2 to 4 hours but the nighttime one lasts overnight.

    I learned that you should avoid any sort of citrus products directly before or after taking Coldeeze zinc for the product to have a potent effect!
