BeyondBarre Grace DVD Review

BeyondBarre Grace
Colleen Ketchum, 2016

This DVD contains four 8-9 min segments, a warm up & a stretch segment. You will need a barre or a tall back chair for this workout. Colleen leads alone in a cute barre studio. You can choose a segment from the main menu or the routines flow into each other.

Low Barre: This floor routine includes lying leg raises & circles, V sit, crunches, stretches and balance work.

Mid Level Barre: This standing barre routine includes rear leg raises adding knee pulls, attitude knee pulls, and leg circles.

Standing Barre: Standing work includes heel raises, narrow squats, hip circles, curtsy with a relovet, and leg raises using the barre.

Bonus Glide Cardio: This routine uses the gliding mat; exercises include sliding back and forth with various arm movements, gliding adding taps, knee raises and attitudes, plank to pike, mt climbers, and plank knee pull ins.

I rate this an intermediate routine. Colleen is a great instructor that provides great cuing & has a nice personality. Good amount of reps that will work your muscles without repping you death. I received this DVD to review.
