Stu & Jeff both lead this 35 min lower body strength routine, alternating performing exercises, and training in their brick studio, with one backgrounder. You will dumbbells for this workout. You will perform 3 rounds of 4 exercises 2 times each. Each exercise is 45 seconds work followed by 15 seconds rest. 

After a warm-up, exercises include: lunges, dips, calf raise variations. step squats, squats, chair post to dip, dead-lifts, weighted wall sits, lunge pulses, and a cool-down & stretch.

I rate this a high intermediate routine if using heavy weights, but you really can control the intensity by adjusting your poundage. You will really burn out the legs in this one. The pace is slow enough to accommodate heavier poundage. Your goal is 8-12 reps per exercise. I received this workout to review.
