Circuit Burnout 90 Upper Body Toning

Monique leads this 37 min upper body strength workout in a nice studio with 2 background exercisers. Monique performs the intermediate intensity and the backgrounders each exerciser performing a different intensity. You will only need dumbbells and an optional stability ball & resistance cord for this routine. The workout consists of 4 rounds of 3 exercises, 12-15 reps per exercise, each performed 2 X. You will work for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between exercises and get a 30 sec rest between rounds.

After a warm up exercises include: tri dips on the ball, lateral move out pushups, band X press, row & rotator cuff work, band upper back fly, plank & shoulder tap, bi curl & lat raise, diagonal band pull, spiderman pushups, bench press to narrow bench press, tri kickbacks, chattaranga to down dog, and concludes with a stretch.
Done following Monique this is a high intermediate routine. Easy to adjust your intensity by following one of the mods and/or adjusting your poundage. The 10 second rest goes by fast & gets you set up for the next exercise. Monique really keeps things moving along and wastes no time. The pace allows for heavier weights so you can really burn it out and focus on strength in this one. My upper body is feeling it today! She works all the upper body muscles and accomplishes a lot in under 40 min. I received this DVD set to review.
