Boho Beautiful in 10 Days is a 10 day program that includes 40 videos totaling 10 hours. Each day of the program, your one hour workout focuses on a specific theme which it’s class itinerary was built upon. Of course, you can mix & match from the videos to create your own routines as well. The program includes yoga, fitness, cardio, pilates, meditation, and a vegan food guide complete with a shopping list. The best part though is that all the workouts are performed on a gorgeous Exuma, Bahamas beach with breathtaking views in the background! Today includes an intro video that prepares you for your workouts, tells you about today's goals, theme, and today's Mantra. The workouts for the day include a 20 minute yoga routine, a 20 minute fitness routine, and a 20 minute meditation routine. You will need light dumbbells for the fitness routine, and Juliana works out barefoot in all. Juliana works out alone in all of these routines & all are shot on location in the beautiful Exuma, Bahamas.
Day 10 Yoga: Today's routine is a wind down & stretch routine. Poses include supine knee drops & low back massage, happy baby, seated forward fold, single leg fold, spinal twist variations, reverse plank, down dog to plank series, forward fold variations adding shoulder opener, standing cobra, warrior 2 to triangle pose, wide folded twist, yoga flow, pigeon, butterfly forward fold, and savasna.
Day 10 Fitness: Juliana uses light weights to intensify today's routine. Today's workout is a summer bootcamp routine. Exercises include burpees, side lunge, rows, upper back fly, plie, plie hold & wiper arms, arm circles, squat heel tap jacks, teaser, ab hold with bench press, single leg switch, ab hold with bi curls, supine to reaches, side lying inner thigh work, side plank, plank, mt climbers, dolphin to plank, donkey series, single knee pushups, and childs pose.
Day 10 Meditation: Today's focus is what we think about is what we become. Julia is filmed seated on a rocky waterside cliff. You should be seated and comfortable, with your eyes closed & focusing on your breath. Pay attention to how you talk to yourself & express ourselves- what we think about is what we become. Today's focus is Today's mantra is my thoughts become my reality.
