This DVD contains three 21-23 minute yoga routines, a 5 min savasna, and bonus material. You will not need any equipment for these routines. Tara works out alone in the English countryside with a grassy pond behind her. You can play all from the main menu or select a routine.
Air & Water Practice 1: Postures include seated breathing series adding arm movements & stretches, shoulder circles, neck & side stretches, table top hip circles, cat cow variations, breath of fire, cobra, prone quad stretch, childs pose, down dog pedals & 3 legged dog.
Air &Water Practice 2: Postures include shoulder release, down dog, plank to side plank, lo runners lunge, rag doll, forward fold, yoga flow, chair pose, warrior 1 knee drop series, standing side bends, warrior 3 balance hold, warrior 1 to balance knee, warrior 2 to triangle pose, reverse warrior, and toe lock forward fold.
Air & Water Practice 3: Postures include yoga flow, forward flow, twisted chair, low lunge, seated spinal twist, knees stacked criss cross low back/ leg stretch series, chair pose, bow, prone hip rocks, prone frog series, grasshopper beats, bridge, shoulder stand adding leg drops, breath of fire, corpse, & seated breath work.

These are solid intermediate routines overall but do contain a few advanced postures. Tara offers modification options for many exercises making these workouts suitable for most all exercisers. As always Tara provides great form pointers throughout. The DVD is done in voiceover. Each routine flows to the next seamlessly. I received this DVD to review.
