BellyFit Embodied Goddess: Get Connected
Alice Bracegirdle

Alice leads this 48 minute routine with 6 background exercises, showing various modifications, in a nice open studio. You wont need any equipment for this cardio, core, & meditation workout.

After meditation, and a warm up you move into a cardio routine that is followed by a short core section, cool down and mudra. Exercises include: plie & side bends, chasse, step behind, twists, heel digs, double step touch with swimmer arms, side lugnes, dips, sumo walk & hops, ham curls, step ball change, shuffle knee puls, mambo cha cha, circle walk, hip shifts, supine single leg drops, and reverse crunches.

This is an intermediate routine that is suitable for all fitness levels. These workouts are great for days that you want to get a little of everything in but dont want a super high intensity workout. Great easy to follow low impact workouts that leave you feeling good. Alice combines mind body in a fun & unique way in these routines.
I received this workout to review.
