After a warmup, exercises include: a flowing side lunge series with arm reaches & pulls, side stretches, side lunge cross knee pull and balance leg circles, side leg raises to side lunge push off, plies adding toe raises, donkey kick series, side lying leg raises, crunch with leg raises, toe touch crunches, oblique crunches, prone scissor abs, and a stretch.
This is an intermediate routine that is appropriate for most fitness levels. The standing portion keeps your heart rate up while working the lower body and you finish off the burn with floor work.
