Pilates Anytime: Circular Movement Reformer

Lisa works out alone for this 32 min total body workout. You will only need a reformer for this routine though I modified the workout without a reformer and used an exercise band.
Exercises include double and single leg stretch, rhomboid & upper back pulls, C curve & bi curls, back & bi circles, front fly, v drop side taps, leg press variations using the foot bar, calf press, hundred, roll overs, runners lunge & ham stretch, down stretch & cobra, balance stick, oblique crunches, and prone swimmer & row.
The intensity of this routine will depend on what color & what resistance you use. Lisa tells us her resistance that you can use a gauge. Done using an exercise band this was an intermediate routine. Lisa provides great instruction & is an excellent instructor. Pilates Anytime has a large variety of mat, reformer and workouts using other equipment to choose from.
