Tamilee Webb Design Your Fit Streaming Workout Reviews: 10 Minute Buns 1, 2, & 3

I am SUPER excited to tell you about the all new unlimited digital access online streaming fitness platform from fitness icon Tamillee Webb. Remember Buns of Steel- of course you do, and for great reason, its an amazing workout - just like the workouts available on Design Your Fit. DYF offers you monthly access to all of Tamilee's best selling workouts, re-edited into 10, 15, and 20-minute segments. What I love most about this platform is that you design your workout- you decide how long, you decide which body part or fitness focus you want to work today. Lower, upper, abs, dance, walking, and so much more- the variety available will keep you coming back for more. 10 Minute Buns 1: Tamilee works out alone for this 10 min buns focused workout. Tamilee doenst use any equipment but offers the option of adding a step bench & weights to increase intensity. Exercises include squats & lunge combo, dips, calf raises, squats & plie combo, plie pulses, and bridge work.

10 Minute Buns 2:  Tamilee works out alone for this 11 minute lower body routine. You won't need any equipment. Exercises include side lying leg raises & sweeps, inner thigh raises, prone frog press, prone ham curls, and donkey kick series.

10 Minute Buns 3: Tamilee works out alone for this 11 minute total body workout. You will need weights & a step bench for this routine. Exercises include lunges to the step with delt raises & bi curls, lunge pulses off the bench with front raise, dip & knee pull, single leg squat pulses & bi curls, squat pulses and inner thigh work.

The above is a review of three separate routines from the DYF site. I rate all of these intermediate routines that can easily be adjusted by adding weights or increasing/ decreasing the poundage. These are tried and true exercise favorites that you will recognize & your muscles will feel them tomorrow! Great 10 min routines for days you are short on time or perfect for mixing & matching for longer workout days. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
