Tamilee's Design Your Fit 10 Minute Lower Body 1, 2, & 3

10 Minute Lower Body 1: You will need a step & dumbbells for this total body strength routine. Exercises include lunges to the step with bi curls, static lunges & overhead press, squat abduction with clean & press, squat & rear leg raise with tri kickback, one leg squat & knee raise, dips off the step & torso twist, and runners lunge.
10 Minute Lower Body 2: You wont need any equipment for this lower body routine. Exercises include side lying inner & outer thigh work, and pretzel.
10 Minute Lower Body 3: You will need a chair and towel for this 13 min routine. Exercises include kneeling abductions, kneeling inner thigh raises, kneeling donkey style leg raises, kneeling ham curls, squats, and stretches.

The above is a review of three separate routines from the DYF site. I rate all of these intermediate routines. There are classic routines from a classic instructor that will hit your lower body in different ways. Great to mix & match or do one if you are short on time. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
