Cathleen works out with 6 backgrounders for this 47 min total body workout. You will need an exercise band, and small weighted balls for this routine. 

After a warm up exercises include plank  leg raises, side stretch, side lying leg reaches, roll back holding small balls, leg drops, slow bide, crunch hold, supine leg circles using the band, and rolling like a ball to V hold.

The pace of this workout is super slow so this routine is best for beginners or on low intensity workout days. There are a lot of pauses for instruction and a lot of info offered by the instructor and she checks each of the students form as she chats. She also demonstrates each move before the class joins in. Great for absolute beginners though some of the exercises are move intensive so they may need to modify. I received access to this routine to review.
