RIPPEDISM 2 picks up where RIPPEDISM 1 left off and the system will challenge you in an entirely new way. Jeff & Stu bring you seventeen all new workouts in this all new 9 week program that is available for streaming or download! They offer monthly or annual subscriptions on their website and have an app. Follow the ripped diet with the use of their macro calculator and utilize their recipes, shopping lists and more. Jeff & Stu both lead this 37 min lower body, core & cardio routine. You will only need dumbbells and the guys offer modifications for many exercises. The Burn week workouts format is: six rounds of 5 exercises (3 lower body, 1 cardio, 1 core) each performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest with a 30 second rest between sets. The workouts include warm up & a one minute bonus exercise before the cool down & stretch.
Exercises include squat variations, shuffle & floor touch, plank leg raise & knee pull, sit up knee pulls, lunge pulse, dip & rotation, squat with overhead press, sumo pulse, chair hold variations, double crunch & V twists, Romanian lunges, fast knee pulls, elevator planks, deadlift & calf raise, one leg deadlift, curtsy lunges, plank kick through, and wiper abs. The bonus is speed skater & hop.
Using heavy weights this is an advanced workout. The guys offer modifications both up & down so it is easy to modify the workout to fit your fitness level. The workout really accomplishes a lot in less than 40 minutes. You really keep your heart rate up and my legs & core were burning. Some great combo moves to really keep you working.
