Jaana leads this 26 minute dance style flowing yoga stretch routine. You wont need any equipment for this routine and the ladies work out barefoot. This workout is on disc 1 of the basic set. 

After a warm up, exercises include bolero twist, yoga lunges, forward fold, side shifts, hip rolls, bend & hop, walk out to plank - cobra, balance stick, crescent pose with arm circles, hamstring stretch, bridge, supine hip circles, rolling like a ball, lying spine massage, V hold adding knee pulls, supine leg drops, lying stretches, camel, pigeon, spinal twist, and neck rolls.

I rate this intermediate level in terms of intensity and choreo complexity. This is fast paced for a yoga routine so great for those that are not huge yoga fans. Jaana keeps things moving with very little down time and little repetition. Lots of great stretches & some bonus ab work. I received this DVD to review.
