Jeff & Stu bring you seventeen all new workouts in this all new 9 week program that is available for streaming or download! They offer monthly or annual subscriptions on their website and have an app. Follow the ripped diet with the use of their macro calculator and utilize their recipes, shopping lists and more. Stu & Jeff both workout together for this 35 min core workout. Each round consists of a 30, 45, and 60 second core exercise with a 30 second rest between rounds. You perform each round two times. You will only need dumbbells for this workout.
After a warm up, exercises include: weighted twist, plank tap outs, weighted sit up & reach across, windmill, plank hand to heel tap, squat diagonal press, weighted side plank pulse, weighted bike pass, walk out to plank, elbow to knee oblique work, plank hop ins, and a cool down and stretch.
This is an advanced core workout. You will definitely feel this one. Lots of great unique and effective core exercises that will blast your core from every angle. As always, the guys provide great cuing & instruction. I received access to these workouts for review purposes.
