RIPPEDISM 20 Minute Full Body HiiT

This is one of the bonus workouts that you have access to if you sign up for RIPPEDISM. Stu works out alone in a nice home gym for this 20 min total body strength workout. You will only need dumbbells for this routine. The format is 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off.

After a warm up, exercises include squat pulses, squat clean & press, lunge pulses, dip & twist, squat kicks, rear fly, kick to floor touch, pushup to down dog, skull crushers, pushup & punch, kickbacks, squat hops to burpees, fast alternating hammers, wide row, weighted crunches & knee pulls, plank side knee pull, and a cool down.

This is a high intermediate routine using moderate weights. Stu really packs a punch in only 20 minutes. You will get in total body strength & cardio with very little wasted time. I enjoyed this workout & cant wait to try the other bonus routines available on the RIPPEDISM site. I received access to this workout for review purposes.
