Jillian Michaels Body Revolution a 90-day extreme weight loss system that will burn calories and build lean muscle mass. The system is designed in 3 phases, each phase more challenging than the last. Phase 1 starts out as low intermediate workouts and builds you up to Phase 2, solid to high intermediates and by the time you hit phase 3, you are ready for the advanced workouts. This is the perfect program for someone newer to exercise to get you progressing right into an advanced level. The set truly offers something for everyone.

Jillian utilizes her Metabolic Training methods to burn more fat than cardio or weight training alone. The set features her famous circuit training method and each dvd contains some cardio exercises to ensure maximum calorie burn.Each phase contains four strength focused workouts (2 front of the body & 2 back of the body) and one cardio workout. 

Each workout is about 30 minutes (ranging from 32-37 each) and the set comes with detailed literature that provides workout rotations, meal plans, recipe guides, shopping lists, online VIP membership, motivational tools and more. You will only need dumbbells and an optional resistance band for these workouts. Each phase comes conveniently packed in its own cardboard notebook.
