ActivMotion IGNITE Core 2

You will only need your ActivMotion bar for this 29 minute core routine. Nicole provides modification options throughout to increase or decrease the intensity. The bar has markers showing where you should keep your hands for optimal balance.

This routine includes a long warm up and concludes with a stretch. Exercises include lateral plank walks, plank arm & leg raises, prone swimmer, one leg bridge series using the bar for resistance, side plank, sit ups, walk & row, one leg balance deadlift to knee up, curtsy & bar tip, single leg squat & steering wheel bar, side plank & single leg raise. Nicole utilizes the bar in all moves to increase the intensity.

Using a 6 pound bar, I found this to be an intermediate routine. The balls in the bar definitely add a unique core challenge. I can feel them working my core in a new way and they add a nice balance challenge to the work. I received access to this routine to review.
