Boho Beautiful in 10 Days is a 10 day program that includes 40 videos totaling 10 hours. Each day of the program, your one hour workout focuses on a specific theme which it’s class itinerary was built upon. Of course, you can mix & match from the videos to create your own routines as well. The program includes yoga, fitness, cardio, pilates, meditation, and a vegan food guide complete with a shopping list. The best part though is that all the workouts are performed on a gorgeous Exuma, Bahamas beach with breathtaking views in the background! Day 7 Potential
Today includes an intro video that prepares you for your workouts, tells you about today's goals, theme, and today's Mantra. The workouts for the day include a 20 minute fitness routine, a 20 minute yoga routine, and a 15 minute meditation routine. You won't need any equipment for these routines. Juliana works out alone in all of these routines & all are shot on location in the beautiful Exuma, Bahamas and there is even a gorgeous rainbow in the sky for the fitness routine.
Day 7 Fitness: Today's workout focuses on arms & abs. The workout has a built in warm up. Exercises include a kneeling arm series with your arms extended: arm circles, front to side raises, rotator cuff work, peek-a-boo arms, and reaches. Bird dog adding a elbow to knee pulls, tricep pushups on one knee, plank adding shoulder taps, plank cross knee pull, side plank to knee or toe pushups, dolphin to plank, elevator planks, full roll up, c curve arm pumps, supine toe drops & crunch series, bicycle, supine leg drops, teaser, and v hold arm pumps.
Day 7 Yoga: Today's routine is a sunset yoga routine focusing on releasing soreness. Poses include standing & seated forward fold with shoulder release, standing cobra, plank to up dog, childs pose, a fabulous shoulder & chest opener, puppy pose, yoga flow, folded warrior, warrior, pyramid posture, reverse triangle, dancers pose, twisted lunge with optional bind, flipped dog, pigeon opse, shoelace posture, supine butterfly and savasna.
Day 7 Meditation: Julia is filmed seated on a beach with turquoise water in the background. You should be seated and comfortable, with your eyes closed & focusing on your breath. Today's focus is clean eating, respecting your body by giving it the nourishment it deserves. Health & happiness of our body, mind, & soul. Healthy eating is a lifestyle and creating a life where eating healthy is exciting and delicious. Today's mantra is I nourish my body with love and respect.
The meditation routine is appropriate for all fitness levels. The yoga routine contains some more advanced postures, and the fitness routine is a solid to high intermediate, I really felt the burn in my arms in this one and all without equipment. The yoga routines in this set double as a cool down/ stretch for the fitness routines and all the days workouts compliment each other. As always, Juliana is an excellent instructor and provides great form pointers, and has a lovely demeanor. I received access to these workouts to review.
