You will perform 3 back exercises & 3 leg exercises 2 times with 30 seconds rest between rounds and conclude with a finisher. Exercises include lat pull downs, rows, pull-ups, goblet squats, side lunges, and lunges. Your finisher is 5 rounds of 4 pull-ups & 10 squat jumps.
I rate this an advanced workout using heavy weights. Jody's pace allows for heavy poundage & using a pull-up bar I got an excellent burn in my lower body & back. I like the pace & that I could use heavy weights in this one. Straight to the point & the finisher really got my heart rate up. I received this DVD to review.
