REVIEW: Boho Beautiful in 10 Days Day Six: Courage





Boho Beautiful in 10 Days is a 10 day program that includes 40 videos totaling 10 hours. Each day of the program, your one hour workout focuses on a specific theme which it’s class itinerary was built upon. Of course, you can mix & match from the videos to create your own routines as well. The program includes yoga, fitness, cardio, pilates, meditation, and a vegan food guide complete with a shopping list. The best part though is that all the workouts are performed on a gorgeous Exuma, Bahamas beach with breathtaking views in the background! The video content is aimed at creating more positivity, love, health, and wellness in the world. Stay tuned on the blog for detailed reviews of the Boho Beautiful workouts.


Day 6 Courage:

Today includes an intro video that prepares you for your workouts, tells you about today's goals, theme, and today's Mantra. The workouts for the day include a 20 minute fitness routine, a 20 minute yoga routine, and a 20 minute meditation routine. You will need one 2-3 pound dumbbell for your fitness routine. Juliana works out alone in all of these routines & all are shot on location in the beautiful Exuma, Bahamas.

Day 6 Fitness: Today's routine is la glute & low back routine. You will need a pair of light (3#) weights. The routine includes a built in warm up. Exercises include squatting side steps, standing abduction & pulses, rear leg raises, dead lift & low squats, rolling like a ball, weighted bridge series, clam series, weighted side lying leg raises series, prone cobra raises, superman, swimmer, prone heel beats, prone grasshopper, a unique table top buns series, bird dog, prone shoulder pulls, and prone airplane hold. 

Day 6 Yoga: Today's practice is a hipster 101 -targeting your hips, glutes, & thighs. Poses include childs pose, cat cow, down dog to chaturanga to up dog flow, 3 legged dog to ham stretch, standing pigeon, 1/2 splits, 3 leg dog hip opener, lizard wide forward fold, yogic squats, frog stretch, butterfly forward fold, happy baby, prone figure 4, corpse, and seated relaxation.

Day 6 Meditation: Today's focus is self-empowerment. Julia is filmed seated on a sandy waterside cliff. Today's focus is to be cautious in the way we speak to ourselves & others. Positivity will bring positivity and stay open & patient for new opportunities. You should be seated and comfortable, with your eyes closed & focusing on your breath. Today's mantra is Im open to new possibilities in every way.


The yoga & meditation routines are appropriate for all fitness levels, and the fitness routine is a solid intermediate. I was still a bit sore from my last workouts, so I really felt this! I love 
Juliana as a lead and the fitness routine is one of my favorites so far. It really accomplishes a lot in only 20 minutes. The flowing lower body yoga routine is exactly what my lower body needed after todays fitness routine.  I received access to these workouts to review.
