Monique St. Pierre

Monique leads this 34 min lower body strength routine in a nice studio with 2 background exercisers. Monique performs the intermediate intensity and the backgrounders each exerciser performing a different intensity. You will need dumbbells & optional tubing for this routine.

You will perform 4 circuits of 3 exercises 2 times each with 30 seconds rest between circuits. After a warm up exercises include lunge to dip, donkey kick variations using the band, side lunge, plie, side steps using the band, narrow squats & glute raises, chair pose, plie to static lunge, dead lifts, burpees, and a
stretch.

Done following Monique this is an high intermediate routine. The moderate pace of the strength exercises allows for moderately heavy poundage. With the exception of the rest between circuits the workout is non-stop and provides a great cardio effect. I really like Monique as a lead and how she structures her workouts really works for me. I received this DVD set to review.
