This is a 23 min strength & cardio workout. You will need a barbell for this routine-though I subbed dumbbells. Heather provides short rest between exercises.
The warm-up is built in and I really liked the warm-up. Exercises include pushups, push-up holds, walk out pushup - side plank -shoulder taps-walk up, bi curls, upright row, overhead tricep drops, bench press, supine wipers, supine leg drops, supine scissors, bar rotation press, burpees, V-ups, and you are to cool down on your own.
This is a high intermediate routine that accomplished a lot in under 25 minutes. I like that the warm up was built in and had you working your upper body with body-weight work while warming up-no wasted time. Heather evenly worked all the upper body muscles & also got some great core work in. I received access to this routine to review.
