If you are like me, you love new workouts! Herbalife is offering FREE streaming workouts to anyone! They can be accessed by all on the Herbalife Fitness Portal! Their newly launched site is geared to everyone- beginner, intermediate & advanced! These workouts are free to everyone-all fitness levels, no access code needed, just good, quick fitness workouts. Samantha does most of the workouts and she has a few other fitness professionals leading workouts in their specialties. Samantha is a former Olympic runner, mother of 4 is the head of Fitness for Herbalife Fitness. Keep reading my detailed review of a fab workout from the site!
Intermediate Lower Body Workout
Samantha leads this workout in a garage styles studio with 2 background exercisers. You wont need any equipment for this 6 min lower body routine. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with little rest between sets.
Exercises include static lunge drops, single leg deadlifts, pliet ot upright row, curtsy, squat jacks & split jumps, single leg deadlifts with a knee pull, plie releve, and curtsy abduction.
The exercises presented are intermediate exercises. These are short routines that are great to string together, when one finishes the next one in line will actually start (similar to YouTube). These are also great if you just need a quick short workout in. Samantha uses a bit of each 30 seconds to present the next move so you get a short rest break.I used dumbbells up the intensity of the routine. These workouts are free to anyone on the Herbalife fitness portal.
