Ed works out with 4 background exercises for this 48 min routine. You wont need any equipment for this workout.
After a warm up, exercises include standing quad extensions, balance single leg floor touches, bridge raises, corkscrew, rolling like a ball, single leg stretch adding leg circles, supine leg circles, slow bicycle, double leg stretch, seated forward fold, roll over shoulder balance & leg drops, saw, seated twist, plank to side plank, down dog push ups, reverse plank, teaser variations, swan dive, cobra rock, swimmer, walk out push ups, balance stick, and thigh fall.
This is a solid to high intermediate workout. I really enjoyed this routine- great pace, accomplishes a lot, no wasted time, and great instructions. Ed provides a good variety of exercises and the right amount of reps for each exercise. I received access to this workout to review.
