Module Three consists of one 18 min glute focused routine. You wont need any equipment for this workout, except an optional mat if you prefer. This routine includes a built in warm up.
The Burn: (18 min) After a warm up, exercises include side to side curtsy lunges, wide squat & punch, knee to elbow cross pull, dip & knee raise, side lying leg lifts, donkey kick variations, and bridge work. Ezster provides tempo variations to keep things interesting, plenty of stretches between exercises, and exercise intros before each exercise .
I rate this a low intermediate routine. You can increase the intensity by using dumbbells. The pace is quick so it will get your heart rate elevated as you work your buns. Ezster is a great instructor with perfect cuing and lots of great form pointers. Tthe modules could easily be combined for a longer workout if you have more time.
