Pilates Anytime: Mat Barre Fusion
Tracey Mallett

Tracey works out with 2 background exercises for this 42 min routine. You will need a small ball & a chair for this routine.

After a warm up, exercises include demi squats with the heels elevated, first position relovet plies, plie lunges, torso twists, rear leg raise series, inner thigh work with the ball, v drops, V sit series, sit ups, supine toe drops, can can, oblique work, one leg bridge adding leg circles, table top tri push-ups, cat cow, down dog, plank abductions, pyramid to swan, prone heel beats & low back work, swimmer, and stretch.

This is a solid intermediate workout. As always, Tracey is an excellent instructor. I always enjoy working out with her. This one wastes no time but is not rushed and accomplishes a lot in under 45 min. I like the use of the ball to add intensity & keep things interesting. I received access to this workout to review
