Diane works out with 2 background exercises for this 35 min routine. You will not need any equipment for this routine. This routine is all performed standing.
After a warm up and long intro, exercises include breath work, plie, front & side toe points, arabesque, tondu, inner thigh sweeps, rondejon, toe circles, leg swings, attitude, and concludes with a long flowing stretch.
This is a beginner routine. Diane provides a lot of information between exercises providing plenty of rest time. This is great for beginners as it is very slow paced and has a lot of down time. I received access to this workout to review.
