Jaana works out with 6 background exercisers, one showing modifications. You won't need any equipment for this 52 minute core focused dance style cardio workout. This workout is comprised of five different dance styles: salsa,  jive, samba,  paso, and merengue.

After a warm up, exercises include: side walk & hip pop, hip rolls, speed bag arms, lateral fast feet, standing crunches, step ball change, hip pop & toe point, fast feet, football run, hips & ham pull, figure 8 hips, squat hops & hip shake, fast grapevine & high kicks, twisting hops, & a cool down.

I rate it solid intermediate workout in terms of intensity and intermediate in terms of choreo complexity. Within each dance style you build little routines and Jaana bumps up the intensity as you go. This routine is faster paced & includes more hops & jumps than the previous routines so if you are looking to bump up your intensity -this is a great option. I received this DVD to review.
