This is a 15 min workout to that is perfect do anywhere. You dont need any equipment for this bodyweight strength workout. The workout consists of 4 rounds of 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
After a warm up, exercises include squats, narrow pushups, mt. climbers. V ups, squat to dips, plyo lunges, bicycle, sumo pulses, pushup to superman, 3 way squat hops, plank hip pulses, chair hold, burpee to squats, scissor cross touch and a cool down.
This is a high intermediate routine and Stu really accomplishes a lot in only 15 minutes. Stu offers modifications for many of the exercises making this a great routine for most everyone. I received access to this routine for review purposes.
