The FIRM: Boot Camp 3-in-1 Mix
Tamela Hastie, Carissa Foster, Dale Brahbam, Tracie Long, Pam Cauthen, Jennifer Carmen, Heidi Tanner, Allie Strickland, Nancy Tucker, 2014

This dvd contains 2 complete workouts (42/ 37 min) that can combined for a 71 minute sweatfest. This is FIRM parts dvd and all routines are total body strength workouts.
The DVD is fully chaptered. You will need a small ball, weights, ankle weights, and a step for this routine.

Workout One: After a fun ball warmup & stretch, exercises include floor core work, pushups, plank series, T bar rows, bi work, bent rows, squat series, over head press, leg press, French press, tri kickbacks, lunge-dip-squat sequence, tri dips, pec fly, rib cage pullover & tri extensions, box pushups, low back work, crunches,
and a final stretch with pelvic floor contractions.

Workout Two: After a 4 limb warm up and stretch, exercises include a ball sports drill, squats, pliets, standing glute raises, lat row, tri kickbacks, heavy bi work, leg press, upright row, clean & press, front & side raise, upper back fly & rhomboid pinch, pushups, bridge work, floor core work, and a final stretch.

I rate these high intermediate routines that you can make more or less challenging depending on the weights you use. The pace is great and my heart rate stayed up while getting in a great strength workout. Both routines are very well balanced & I felt all my muscles got worked.
I received this dvd to review.
